Invite Zoi Meet by Link

Zoi Meet can join your Zoom calls directly by pasting the invitation link within the Zoi Meet Platform. This way you don't have to schedule the call through the calendar, but you can invite Zoi Meet within seconds to you active call. It will take up to 10 to 20 seconds before Zoi Meet will call into your active meeting.
1. Login to your account on web.zoimeet.com
2. Click on the "Invite block" on the homepage of the platform
3. Enter the Meeting Title (name of your meeting)
4. Paste the URL of your MS Teams or Zoom Meeting
5. Enter the Password meeting (only for Zoom Meetings)*
6. Click on "Invite to meeting" button

*Zoi Meet will automatically check if your link is a Zoom or MS Teams meeting. If you are inviting Zoi Meet to a Zoom Meeting you are required to fill in a password. If there is no password for the meeting - enter a "0" (zero).
Where to find the Zoom Invite link (URL)
Once you started or joined a Zoom Meeting you can invite participants using a Zoom invite link. This link can be found in the following method:

1. Within your call click on "Participants"
2. On the right side of the screen click on the first button at the bottom "Invite"
3. A pop-up appears where you can click on "Copy Invite Link" to copy the link
4. The meeting password is displayed on the bottom on the right side of the pop-up*

*It can happen that you or the host did not activate a password when setting up your Zoom Meeting. In this case you can skip step 4

Where to find the MS Teams Meeting Invite link (URL)
Once you started or joined a MS Teams Meeting you can invite participants using a MS Teams invite link. This link can be found in the following method:

1. Start your meeting in MS Teams
2. On the right side you will find your participant list
3. Click on the "Link Icon" to copy your MS Teams link
It is not possible to directly copy the invite of MS Teams and pasting it into Zoi Meet (for now). Which means that you need a little workaround in order to get the correct meeting link. Luckily, there is an easy way to do this.

1. Start your meeting in MS Teams
2. On the right side you will find your participant list
3. Click on the "Link Icon" to copy your MS Teams link
4. Paste the link into the MS Teams meeting chat
5. Right click on the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" and copy the link
6. Paste the link into Zoi Meet
How to Admit Zoi Meet into your Zoom meeting
Once you invited Zoi Meet to your Zoom Meeting, you will manually have to let Zoi Meet in just like any other participant that joins your active meeting. Within your Zoom meeting you will see a notification at the bottom of your screen from the "participants button" that Zoi Meet is trying to join the call. Click on Admit to let Zoi Meet in.

Please keep in mind that for Zoom you will see this number trying to join "12029084678" without a name.

How to Admit Zoi Meet into your MS Teams meeting
Once you invited Zoi Meet to your  MS Teams Meeting, you will manually have to let Zoi Meet in just like any other participant that joins your active meeting. Within the MS Teams application you will see a notification at the bottom of your screen from the "participants button" that Zoi Meet is trying to join the call. Click on Admit to let Zoi Meet in.

Zoi Meet is not joining the meeting....
Zoi Meet will just like any other participant join your active meeting within 10 to 30 seconds after receiving the invite. Please wait at least 30 seconds to give Zoi Meet time to join, and make sure to Admit Zoi Meet to the call.

For Zoom Calls, please check these two settings if Zoi Meet is not joining:

1. Telephone and Audio dial-in is enabled in your Zoom settings or the Zoom settings of the Host.
2. You entered the correct password for Zoi Meet to join
What happens after the meeting?
After your call is done the transcript and insights will take some time to process. Depending on the length of your conference call it will take up to 20 minutes to process a 40 to 60 minute call, but usually it appears quicker. Please keep in mind to give it some time to process. After your call is done, and your meeting has been processed, you will find your transcript and conversational insights within your archive.
