Introduction
Welcome to this manual of the Zoi Meet Mobile Application. This manual is intended to help you through the process of using Zoi Meet when utilising our Mobile Application.
Getting Started
The Zoi Meet Mobile Application is created as an input device for your meeting recordings. Currently Zoi Meet only works if you have the official Zoi Meet Android or iOS application installed on your device or using the Vuzix Smart Blade. The mobile application also allows your to review your archive.
Registration
In order to make use of the Zoi Meet Mobile Application you will need a Zoi Meet account. If you do not have one already, please register, in order to use the Zoi Meet App.
1. After launching the Zoi Meet Application on your mobile device, tap on the "Sign up" button
2. Fill in your account information to register
3. Tap the "Sign up" button to register your account
If you are already a registered user, or just registered, please use your log in credentials to start using the Zoi Meet Mobile App.
1. After launching the Zoi Meet Application on your mobile device, tap on the "Login" button.
2. Fill in your email and password
3. Tap on the "Sign in" button to Log In to Zoi Meet
Forgot Password
Lost your password? No problem at all! We will forward you a reset email so you can change your password.
1. Within the "Sign in" screen of the application click on the "Forgot password?" label
2. Enter the registered email that is connected to your account
3. Click on the "Reset password" button to receive a password reset email*
*Please make sure to also check your spam box if you have not received our email promptly.
Zoi Meet Homescreen
The Zoi Meet homescreen is where you can find all your information and navigation to use the Zoi Meet Mobile Application.
1. This is your slide-out menu to find your navigation within the application
2. This where we display the current the time and date
3. This is where you can leave feedback (help us improve!)
4. Here you find your latest meeting sessions
5. Tap here if you want to go to your archive
6. Tap here if you like to start a session or join a session.
Host Session
Using the Zoi Meet Mobile application you can host a meeting session. This session is supported by a unique PIN code that guests can use to enter your meeting session. During the meeting, your audio will be recorded, and a transcript will instantly shown on any browser supported screen or within the app of other Zoi Meet app users. Guests can join your session through the Zoi Meet Application or by visiting app.zoimeet.com.
Start a session
Zoi Meet sessions for meetings can only be started using the mobile application or using the Vuzix Smart Blade.
1. After Log In, tap on the "Plus Icon" on the bottom right of the app
2.Tap on the second icon (next to the X) to start a session
Sessions can also be started by opening the menu at the top left of the app screen.
Select language / Start session
After you tapped the "start session" icon you will have to select your output language and enter a valid PIN code to enter a live session.
1. Tap here to change the preferred output language of the transcript/subtitles
2.Tap here the "Start Session" button to start the session
Invite guests to your session
Once you start a session you can invite your guests to join by providing them with the PIN code that corresponds to your live session.
Within the application you will find a "PIN code" on the top left of your screen after you started a new session. This PIN code can be shared with others. For guests to join, they can either use the Zoi Meet Application, Vuzix Blade or visit app.zoimeet.com.
Join Session
You can use the Zoi Meet app to join a live session that is hosted by another user. This means that you can review the meeting on your phone within the room, or remotely. Live sessions can be joined by using a valid PIN code.
Join a session
The benefit of being a registered user while joining a live meeting session is that your transcript will be saved in your archive to review, edit and share later.
1. After Log In, tap on the "Plus Icon" on the bottom right of the app 
2.Tap on the very first icon to start a session
Sessions can also be joined by opening the menu at the top left of the app screen.
Enter details to join session
1. Tap here to change the preferred output language of the transcript/subtitles
2.Tap here to enter a valid PIN code to enter the live meeting session
3.Tap the "Join session" button to enter the session
Keep in mind you can always change your language choice within the session
Meeting session
With Zoi Meet you can set up a live meeting session in which you can invite other participants to join. This way, you and all other participants, can view a real-time transcript of what's being said on your own screen. For now all meeting sessions are started from either a Android device or iOS device, including the Vuzix AR Glasses.
Start recording
The Zoi Meet Application is not yet recording when the session is started. This, by default, to prevent any wrongful recordings before the meeting starts. You will have to manually activate the recording to begin your meeting session.
1. Tap here to start recording your meeting (icon should change to "turn off" icon)
2. If you speak now, you will see your transcript appear on the screen
Stop recording
If you are done with the meeting, or like to end the session, you can do so at any moment in time.
1. Tap here to end your meeting or tas a host to stop the session for everyone
2. Tap the "Yes" button to end or leave the session - click outside the pop-up to continue the session.
Change dark/light mode
Within a Zoi Meet session you can decide to change the screen to a "Dark or Light" mode within the application to read the live transcript on your screen.
1. Tap on the settings icon settings on the top left of your screen
2. Switch between the dark and light mode with the switch, after changes are made, please tap the "Save" button

Change subtitle language
While you are in a live session you can easily switch between your preferred language within your settings by following the instructions below.
1. Tap on the settings icon settings on the top left of your screen
2. Tap on the language selection which will open up the language selection screen, after changes are made, please tap the "Save" button

Keep in mind that the selected language here is the "input" language (spoken language) to be transcribed.
Share PIN code
The chat screen mode allows you to review your conversation with both subtitles as a chat-style transcript. This makes it easier to scroll back into the conversation and review what was said. To turn on the chat screen please follow the instructions below.
1. Tap on the settings icon settings on the top left of your screen
2. Tap the "Share" section to share the meeting details with others to enter your session

Archive
Within the Zoi Meet Mobile Application you can review and edit transcripts that are recorded during your meeting. We recommend using the Zoi Meet Platform to edit and export your transcription due to the limited screen size of the mobile phone. If you click on an archive item (meeting) within your archive you select this item to be reviewed.
Access the archive
The archive is alway accessible through the slide-out menu which you find on the top left of your screen.
1. Tap the menu to open up the slide-out menu (see right screen) and tap "My archive"
2. Tap on the "See more" label to go directly to your archive
Delete archive item
You can at all time delete your previous meeting items from your archive if they expired, already exported or irrelevant.
1. Within you archive, swipe an item to the left to reveal the "Delete" button, click on the "Delete" button to remove that item.
Keep in mind that the removed item cannot be restored after the deletion! Removal is permanent from our servers.
Edit and delete transcript text
You can open an archive item so you can review what was said during the meeting and to make changes to your recorded transcript. You can also play the audio that recorded during the meeting and time stamped to your transcript, making the transcript searchable to specific moments during the meeting.
1. Swipe to left to open up the "Edit & Delete" buttons
2. Tap on the "Edit" button to start editing your transcript text
3. Tap on the "Delete" button to delete this part of the transcript.
Keep in mind that the removed item cannot be restored after the deletion! Removal is permanent from our servers.
Edit transcript text
You can use the Mobile Application to make changes in the transcript text after you selected a meeting in your archive. We do recommend to use the Zoi Meet Platform for this for your convenience.
1. Tap on the "edit" button to start making changes to the section of the selected transcript
2. Tap on the text to start editing the text of the transcript
3. Tap on the "Done" button to save your changes within the transcript.
