Introduction
Welcome to this manual of the Zoi Meet Platform solution. This manual is intended to help you through the process of using Zoi Meet when utilizing our platform access.
Getting Started
The Zoi Meet Platform is created to give you online access to join Live Meeting Sessions and review your Archive. To access the online platform please visit app.zoimeet.com.
Registration
In order to make use of the Zoi Meet Platform solution you will need a Zoi Meet account. If you do not have one already, please register, in order to use the Zoi Meet Platform.
Register
1. Visit app.zoimeet.com and click on the "No account yet? Click here to register" label
If you are already a registered user, or just registered, please use your log in credentials to enter the Zoi Meet Platform. 
1. Visit app.zoimeet.com enter your Log In credentials and click on the "Sign in" button
Join as guest
Zoi Meet allows guest users to log in to a live meeting session without any registration. This way, you can directly invite guest users, or join as guest yourself to follow what's being said in the meeting. After following the instructions below you will be redirected to the PIN-corresponding meeting session.

1. Visit app.zoimeet.com and click on the "Join as guest" button
Enter PIN code
2. Please enter a valid PIN provided by the meeting host (the person that started the meeting) and click on the "CONTINUE" button.
Select subtitle language
3. Select your preferred subtitle (output)  language for the meeting to display on your screen and click the "JOIN" button
You can always change your subtitles language settings once you are within the session
Join a session
You can log in any session, from anywhere in the world and choose your preferred language to follow the meeting.

1. After you log in to Zoi Meet click on the "Enter PIN to join session" button
Meeting session
With Zoi Meet you can set up a live meeting session in which you can invite other participants to join. This way, you and all other participants, can view a real-time transcript of what's being said on your own screen. For now all meeting sessions are started from either a Android device or iOS device, including the Vuzix AR Glasses.
Change dark/light mode
Within a Zoi Meet session you can decide to change the screen to a "Dark or Light" mode to read the live transcript on your screen.
1. Click on the settings icon settings on the top left of your screen

Change subtitle language
While you are in a live session you can easily switch between your preferred language within your settings by following the instructions below.
1. Click on the settings icon settings on the top left of your screen
2. Click on the subtitle language dropdown menu
3. Select up to three languages at the same time*

*In Conference & chat Screen mode you can only select one language at a time
Chat screen mode
The chat screen mode allows you to review your conversation with both subtitles as a chat-style transcript. This makes it easier to scroll back into the conversation and review what was said. To turn on the chat screen please follow the instructions below.
1. Click on the settings icon settings on the top left of your screen
2. Turn the chat screen "on" or "off" with the switch

Conference mode
The conference mode is designed specifically for presentations and demonstrations. It displays a full transcript using the entire width and height of the screen making it easy to read. To turn on the conference mode please follow the instructions below. (by default the conference mode is always on)
1. Click on the settings icon settings on the top left of your screen
2. Turn the conference mode "on" or "off" with the switch

My Archive
Within the Zoi Meet Web Platform you can review and edit transcripts that are recorded during your meeting. Your archive holds all the sessions that were started through the Zoi Meet Mobile Application or the Vuzix Blade.
Access your archive
On the Homescreen of the Zoi Meet Web Platform you will see a button on the right side of the screen that displays "Archive" this is where you will find your archived meeting items.
1. Click on the first button "My Archive" to access your meeting items that are stored in your archive

Archive explained
Your archive has several options which are explained below.
1. Here you can search for meetings within your archive
2. This is your Inbox in which you can find recorded and stored meetings
3. This is the title of your meeting
4. This is the additional information of your meeting (Date & Time)
5. This is where the transcript of the meeting is displayed
6. Here you can search for specific parts of you transcript
7. Click here to export your transcript file (text document)
8 Once you hover over a part of your transcript, you can edit the text or delete that part
9. Here you can play the audio files of the recorded meeting.

Your Inbox
Within your archive you will see your inbox items on the left side of the screen to select from. Once you click on a meeting item within the inbox, the transcript of this meeting will be presented on the right side of the screen.
1. Here you can search for meetings within your archive
2. This is your Inbox in which you can find recorded and stored meetings3. When hovering over an inbox item (turns blue) you will see this icon settingsto delete that meeting item from your inbox.
Changing your meeting title
On the top of your transcript you will see the "meeting title" displayed which you can edit.
1. Double-click on the meeting title to edit it 
Your meeting titles are standard saved as "meeting" followed by a recording number from our secured database.
Delete a part of your transcript
Once you hover over a part of your transcript you will see two symbols appear: one to edit, one to delete, parts of the transcript.
1. Click on the settings icon to delete this part of your transcript

Once you hover over a part of your transcript you will see two symbols appear: one to edit, one to delete, parts of the transcript.
1. Click on the settings icon to edit this part of your transcript
2. Here you can correct or add text
3. Click on the "Done" button to save your changes
You can only edit one part of the transcript at the same time. Save you changes first before editing a new part of your transcript.
Play parts of your transcript
Once you click on a part of your transcript you will able to play back that specific part of the meeting.
Click on a part of your transcript you like to hear the audio from, click the play button to play the audio that is connected to the part of your transcript.
Search through your transcript
On the top left of you screen you will find a "search bar" which you can use to search through your transcript to find specific parts of the meeting.
1. Type in a keyword or phrase which you like to search for within the meeting transcript and  click on the search icon or press "Enter"
2. All the found keywords or phrases of your search are filtered and highlighted in yellow.
Export your transcript
Once you are done reviewing and editing your transcript you can download you transcript as a text document to print or share with your team.
1. Above the transcript, on the top right of the screen, click on the "Export Transcript" button to start the download of your file
